Mentors Help to Improve the Life of Children of Alabama Prisoners
A new mentoring program in Alabama is helping children with incarcerated parents to cope with their situation. Participants in the program do anything from fishing to bowling, to hanging out and eating Pizza.
There are currently 30 mentors enrolled in the program, and 60 children. The program hopes to have 120 children enrolled in the program by October of this year.
