Mix of 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1/4 Cup of White Sugar
Plus:
3 Cups sugar
3/4 Cup Butter/Margarine
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 sticks real butter (salted)
1 pint cream
1 pint half and half
2 cups light Karo corn syrup (real Karo brand)
4-5 cups light brown sugar
Pure vanilla extract to taste

Melt better in 2 quart saucepan, then add brown sugar
and corn syrup. (It's important to use real Karo
brand because many other brands dilute their syrup
