How to keep your Vegetables from Wilting

Tired of buying fresh veggies only to take them out of the fridge a day later and find them soft and wilted? Try using paper towels. When you first bring home veggies such as fresh spinach or lettuce, wash them in cold water and then dry them gently. Leave them sitting on a paper towel for a few minutes until they're totally dry, then wrap them gently in paper towels, and place them in a ziplock bag.

Who doesn't love stories about the triumph of the little guy? This is a story of life before soap, plumbing, or take out and yet as horrible as that sounds, the movie was wonderful.

This movie will always be in style. When it was first released in 1961 it was considered the most modern Disney film of all. Now, 47 years later as Disney releases in on DVD and Blue Ray platinum edition, its style and story still stand out.

Horton Hears a Who

This was such a fun movie to watch! The animation is colorful, smooth and beautifully simple. It reminded me of Dr. Seuess's work. The story is original and entertaining.
